The best way to solve the traffic and transportation problem is to encourage people to live in cities rather than suburbs and countryside.  To what extent do you agree or disagree？

Both views will be discussed, and that the latter view is more convincing.   While some people believe that paying taxes sufficiently covers the obligations of being a citizen, others insist that there is more. Both views will be discussed, and I opine that the latter is more convincing. Enough- sufficient Argue- believe/ think/ insist Opine- suggest/recommend Some people think that paying taxes is a big enough contribution to society Clearly, there are several reasons why some people argue that paying taxes is a huge responsibility of working citizens.- Topic Sentence Firstly, it is used to fund a lot of social projects to keep a functioning community. - First argument In more detail, the government uses taxes to build roads, and community centers, and maintaining other public infrastructure.  Secondly, taxes are utilized to support and promote public welfare. . 2nd argument For instance, conducting charity works such as feeding programs and free medical checkups are indirect help from taxpayers to society and is, therefore, a big contribution. If it has not had enough budget due to lack of taxes, it is unable to continue social programs. Normal people usually just keep paying taxes and that does not any problem doing that at all. As a citizen, it is totally enough to just pay taxes for maintaining society.   Others argue that being a citizen involves more responsibilities On the other hand, it is not enough to just pay taxes.  However, I believe that a citizen's duty is beyond just paying taxes.- Topic Sentence There are various responsibilities for citizen to maintain society well. First of all, Firstly, as a part of a community, citizenship is crucial. It means following rules for community (community rules)  important as a citizen is one of the obligations of a responsible member of society, even by simply disposing of waste accordingly.  Secondly, not only through financial commitment/assistance but also time and effort contribution contributing time and effort may be necessary to develop society. For example, volunteering for charity or helping out neighbors is one of the good ways to make the world better. Lastly, participating in elections is significantly important to influence society directly. Therefore, encouraging those various ways can be beneficial for citizens to maintain and improve society. Conclusion: In a nutshell, although paying taxes supports government programs for the public, I  contend that it is not sufficient since being a citizen require more involvement such as submitting to the rules, initiating help, and participating in elections.
