Useful vocabulary

과정: (전체과정: process -> 세부과정: step, stage)

The given diagram illustates how milk is produced.

Overall, the whole process consists of several stages, starting with raising cows and finishing with manufacturing various dairy products.

The first process starts with milking cows two times a day.

The collected milk is sent to the refrigeration storage.

The tanker delivers the refrigerated milk to the Dairy on a daily basis.

The milk is processed in two ways at the Dairy.

One way is pasteurising the milk and packaging it and after that it is sold to customers at supermarkets or stores.

The other way is manufacturing the milk into dairy products such as cheeze, cream and butter.

Overall, the whole process consists of four main stages, beginning with milking the cows and finishing with manufacturing milk and other products.

 

As the diagram presents, the production of milk begins with the milking process. In this stage, the milking machine is used to milk the cows twice a day, and then, the collected milk is taken to the refrigeration storage. Afterwards, the milk is collected by the milk tanker from the storage on a daily basis and delivered to the Dairy.

 

In the subsequent stage, the milk can be produced into different products at the Diary. One way is to manufacture processed milk by going through pasteurization and packaging, and the packaged milk is sold to consumers at supermarkets and shops. Otherwise, the Dairy can manufacture goods for sales by themselves; the milk can be used to produce dairy products such as cheese, cream and butter.
