personality quizzes
-> I used to really enjoy doing personality quizzes, but recently I haven't been doing them as much. I guess it's because I always get the same results, which makes it feel a bit repetitive. I think that's why I don't find it as interesting anymore.
-> MBTI is quite popular in Korea. In fact, some companies even use it as one of the factors when they're hiring new employees so that they can get a better understanding of the candidates' personalities at first glance.
-> overall, based on my personal experience, I think it's quite accurate because it reflects what people actually say themselves.
-> I don't think people should rely on MBTI completely, but I do think it can be a helpful reference. In fact, it tends to show some fairly consistent patterns that match people's personalities to some extent.
( I wouldn't say MBTI is something people should blindly believe in and judge others but it can be a useful tool to understand yourself and others. Form what I've seen, it does show some consistent patterns that are pretty similar to how people actually behave.
I don't take it seriously.
I think the process empolyers use when they rely on personallity tests isn't perfect, but it's still fairly reliable because MBTI is one of the good ways to understand a candidate's personality. employees don't get hired solely based on perosnality tests; there are many other factors like skills, experience, and how well they fit with the company culture.
In the past, introverted personalities weren't really valued by companies. conpanies didn't necessarily value introverted personalities. But as personality tests like MBTI have become more popular, people have started to recognize and acknoweledge the importance of diversity in the workplace.
